A tile lights up and a sound plays; you have to touch it. At the high level, two in a row. No time, with voice and help.

Difficulty adjusts automatically to hits and help used; the therapist or family can also fix the level.
- Level 1 2 tiles
- Level 2 3 (in N1–2 the light stays on until you touch it)
- Level 3 4
- Level 4 4 and the light lasts less long
- Level 5 4 tiles, two lights in a row (touch both in order)
