Personal data
The contact form on this website collects your name, your email address and the message you write, together with the IP address you send it from, and emails them to the controller. They are used only to reply to your message and are not added to any mailing list. The same applies to the data you provide if you contact us by email or through LinkedIn.
Centre directory
If you request a listing for a centre in the directory, we store the details you provide (the centre's details and the contact person's name and email, together with the IP address it was sent from) in order to review the request. Only the centre details you marked as public are published; the contact name and email are not published. You can ask for a centre to be corrected or removed by writing to alfredo.garciaj@gmail.com.
Events calendar
If you suggest an event, we store the details you provide (the event details and the contact person's name and email, together with the IP address it was sent from) in order to review the suggestion. Only the event details you filled in as public are published; the contact name and email are not published. You can ask for an event to be corrected or removed by writing to the contact address.
Directory map
The map on the centres page loads its map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers (OpenStreetMap Foundation), which receive your IP address when the tiles are displayed, as with any external image. Centre coordinates are computed on our server from each centre's public address. If you press "Near me", your browser asks for permission to use your location; that position is used only on your device to sort and filter the centres and is never sent to Reactiva+ or to third parties.
Purpose
The purpose is informational, educational and to support cognitive training. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
